I'm really glad I found this group. I once had a beautiful German Shepherd who was amazing. She passed away at the age of 14. She was our Sweet Spirit and we really miss her. I just don't have the heart or in me to have another right now. She's been gone for almost 3 years now. Maybe one of these days. She was so good with the kids but yet such a protector over us and the house. I will post some pictures of her soon

I often would wonder about dogs that live in their backyard. I would see them tied up, by their doghouse and wonder if that dog is a happy dog. Do the owners let him loose sometimes, or even take him to the beach or someplace where he could meet other people or dogs? I would wonder if he has any dog toys to play with or at least someone to play with. I would wonder if that is the only life he knows, tied there, maybe seeing a bird or two fly by and maybe for a little excitement, that bird would land and visit him for awhile. I could only hope that this and the other dogs like him in this situation are at least healthy. Maybe that wondering is the only thing left for me and that dog. How do you know what life has to offer if you haven't experienced life beyond the backyard.Maybe I'm not giving credit where credit is due, or maybe I'm just a passerby, only seeing the moment, and not seeing the whole picture. So I can only hope that maybe that dog in the backyard has a full and happy life and if not, well someday he will.http://www.puppies-2-dogs.com
At this stage of the game, and probably in general, we'll want to look at getting how to videos from third parties. This is an article about an organization that strictly licenses how to videos.http://www.techcrunch.com/2009/07/23/how-to-video-site-5min-raises-...
